Application with ImageWand failing to start

I'm trying the ImageWand library on top of ImageMagick. I've installed
the latest version of ImageMagick and tested it. It's working fine.
I've got CutePDF installed which means Ghostscript is installed.


I've added two attachments: the actual code of the app
(straightforward port of the wanddemo.pas program) and the application
error message I get when I try to run it.
I am on Win 7 64 bit.

Please note, the code is attached as ".txt", simply change it back to
.lpr.
Any suggestions would be welcome!

The project runs normally here on Win7.

Thanks for taking the time to run the project! Truly appreciate it!

So it is something on my end then 

I'll just have to figure it out.

Do you, by any chance, run Avast? I'm wondering if this is having
something to do with the firewall.
