Thumbnails from Theo is not working for me on Linux (Mageia 32 bit)

Hello

I have problems with installing/running the thumbnails package from
Theo on Linux (Mageia 4 - 32bit; Lazarus 1.24 32bit)
Obviously and without trying a lot, the package is working on Win7 &
Win8.1 both 64bit with Lazarus 1.24 32bit.

If somebody could tell me, what I have to do to troubleshot the
problem, it will be nice!
