Cant run project with TBitmap/textfile without starting lazarus on MAC

Hi,
recently i am having difficulties because i cant run compiled projects
on my MAC, because they cant find external sources like textfile or
bitmap.
However when i run it through lazarus there is no problem.
Can you please give me any advice?

I think the files must be located at a specific folder relative to the
binaries.

It works like this on any windows machine...
I found out that the problem ist, that lazarus doesnt look in the
folder where project files are but in my documents folder though the
directory is relative. Can I set it somehow?

No no, it does not work like on Windows. On Windows, by default the
files are searched in the same folder as the binaries, not in a
relative path.

Look for example at LazPaint archive for MacOS:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/lazpaint/files/bin/lazpaint5.5-
osx32bits.zip/download

Apparently it needs to have this structure.

Thank you. Well version for Mac may not be the best one, as I have
Windows so I cannot test myself if it works great on Mac. I do not
have much feedback for this platform.
