Form & PaintBox Paint

Is there any state, status or event at the end of a form (re)paint or
refresh?
Actually, on the PaintBox on it has changed.
On Lazarus 1.2.0 r44303 FPC 2.6.2 i386-win32-win32/win64

Solved! I was, actually, trying to force/detect as PaintBox paint, 
That was simply done by forcing an PB.Invalidate. (The obvious),
