difference between 0.9.30 and 1.0.14

When I tried to open this program in old version of Lazarus, an error
poped up...

You could have a look at the release notes on the wiki for the various
versions after 0.9.30 to see if you can fix this error.

If the problem is with any code, you can use code like
Code: [Select]{$IF LCL_FULLVERSION>=1000200} //for laz 1.0.2.0 and
higher
// do something here
{$ELSE}
// do something for the old version here
{$ENDIF}


Otherwise if necessary, you could maintain 2 project files for the 2
versions.
