Simple graphics over photos - white color

My aim is to draw simple many-colored figures on previously uploaded
photos. Photo is uploaded to TImage:

Next, when I'm going to draw something on photo

Image1.Picture.Bitmap.Canvas.Pen.Color := clGreen;
Image1.Picture.Bitmap.Canvas.Ellipse(10,10,200,200);all figures come
out white except figures drawn on 24-bit BMP. Drawing on Image1.Canvas
is not suitable for me because it is necessary to have possibility to
resize photos.

Where is my mistake?

I'm not 100% sure what your trying to do.

But if what I think your after is been able to draw lines and stuff
over the top of a TImage.
What I would do is put a TPaintBox over the top of a TImage and use
it's OnPaint event.

I've attached an example.
