How to use 32bit bitmap in imagelist?

When I add a 32 bits icon to imagelist in IDE, it works fine. But if I
use imagelist.add to add a bitmap, if I use 8 bit bitmap, it display
all right, if I use 32bit bitmap, it will lost some.
