DIB functions

Hello all

The software I am porting from delphi to  fpc/lazarus uses some DIB
functions ( GetDIBSizes,  GetDIB, StretchDIBits etc ). These dont seem
to exist in the LCL. Are there equivalents in the LCL, or is there a
way to work round them?
