Hi!
I need library to recognize shape and text.
Input value: Top, Left, Height and Width of rectangle (screen, or
better window [show or minimized])
Output: text (describing shapes or letters)
Shapes to recognize, should be saved in graphic files.
Are any components to do it?

yet. OCV/OCR is kinda difficult to do, if you want to do it your own,
please learn artificial neural network. You also need A LOT of
training data for each letters and shapes you want to recognize. There
might be a Delphi component out there, but I don't know. Just ask
uncle google.

Search for "Tesseract". Afaik there is also a lib, it is the most used
OSS OCR.
