Multi pages TIFF lazarus / 39-Graphics ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ik · 2011-04-05 15:34 Hello, I have the need to create for a non GUI Linux server a program that will convert text to TIFF with multi-pages  that will be used for sending it as FAX. Does Lazarus capable of providing me functions for it without GUI, and does it support multi-pages (or is it layers) ? Thanks, IK ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Marc · 2011-04-06 00:35 IIRC fpimage does, or at least IIRC I saw something like that when I implemented the LCL TTiffImage ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ik · 2011-04-07 22:51 Indeed fpImage does the job Here is an example for others: Code: Pascal  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i uses ... FPImage, FPCanvas, FPImgCanv, FPWriteTiff  ...;  var  Canvas  : TFPImageCanvas;  image   : TFPMemoryImage;  Stream : TMemoryStream;  Saver   : TFileStream;  writer   : TFPWriterTiff; begin  Image   := TFPMemoryImage.Create (300, 300);  Canvas  := TFPImageCanvas.Create (image);  Writer  := TFPWriterTiff.Create;  Stream  := TMemoryStream.Create;  Saver    := TFileStream.Create('/tmp/test.tiff', fmCreate);   // Paint it white ...  Canvas.Pen.FPColor   := FPColor($ffff,$ffff,$ffff);  Canvas.Brush.FPColor := FPColor($ffff,$ffff,$ffff);  Canvas.pen.style   := psSolid;  Canvas.Brush.Style   := bsSolid;  Canvas.FillRect(Page);   // Save it  writer.ImageWrite(Stream, Image);  Stream.Position :=  0;  Saver.CopyFrom(Stream, Stream.Size);   /Done  FreeAndNil(writer);  FreeAndNil(Canvas);  FreeAndNil(Image);  FreeAndNil(Stream);  FreeAndNil(Saver);end. I'm still not sure that I understand how to create several images, but I'm getting there slowly Thanks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- rasberryrabbit · 2013-12-11 06:25 If you want more compression method, http://galfar.vevb.net/imaging/smf/index.php/topic,733.msg1481.html#ms g1481 http://galfar.vevb.net/imaging/smf/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=733 .0;attach=136 this link help you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- rasberryrabbit · 2013-12-12 08:32 I convert libtiffdelphi in imaginglib to FPC. Remove windows.pas dependency, it may works in linux  You can compile your own object files by hint from 'makeobjs-gcc.bat'. but libtiff 3.9.4 C sources are 32bit only. http://www.mediafire.com/download/4o1kk3ds4vmkdh5/libtiff- imaging-3.9.4.zip
