I need to know how to capture a video through this and be able to
isolate people. Does anyone have an idea on this? Obviously as you do
with Lazarus.

Why do I need to know the speed of an object in a video. So I have to
capture video input from that point to that point in the video there
is a distance X and knowing the speed of that object.

It can show you, even record video from a webcam.
