TIcon with dynamic created content

Hi!

I want to create an TIcon at runtime (e.g. for display informations in
the Systray).
Using Deplhi, I'd used TImageList.GetIcon() like described in:
http://www.swissdelphicenter.ch/torry/s ... php?id=426
But in Lazarus LCL there is no method TImageList.GetIcon() and I also
fail with mit TIcon.Assign(aBmp).

The code should be protable. My targets are currently linux and win32.

Any suggestions?

In Linux, it looks, that I cannot paint if I stay outside of a OnPaint
Event.
Even not to a TBitmap.Canvas. Isn't it?
