Does anybody know how to convert a pdf-file into a jpeg -file in
lazarus?

I think this can be done by calling the convert command of imagemagick

But to do this, i need to install the ghostscript- & imagemagick
programs on my pc.

Isn't there a way (component, unit) to do this without installing
external programs?

I don't think so. PowerPDF can create PDF Documents. Displaying is a
different thing.
I haven't ever seen a native Pascal PDF Viewer.

So there is no component to view pdf's or to convert pdf's in jpg
without using a external program?
