My next generation sprite editor

I'm now using my win_graph unit and new GUI library. (both still being
expanded and tweaked)

This sprite editor features the following:

1. Color wheel with saturation bar and grayscale bar.
2. Sprite sizes from 10x10 to 124x100 (I'll probably change the size
dialogs to a simple size wheel for width and height).
3. Scaled smaller view of the sprite.

To be added are the standard drawing tools and a pop up color bar of
saved favorite colors.
