At least within an application. I added a moveable frame to my GUI. In
this case it is a simple pop-up color selection tool for my Pixel Art
program.  I may do a "docking station" for minimized windows and be
able to bring a pop-up window forward if there are multiple pop-up
windows being used. Anyway, this is all for my own entertainment. I'm
using PTCGraph, PTCCrt and PTCMouse. The frame actually moves smoother
than the video shows, that's the video software slowing things down a
bit.
