Oscillating Zenith and Ulam Spiral Animations

Change Angle and/or Coefficient Offset for many unique (wobble/Spin)
3D-ish animations.

After many revisions this one seems to produce some interesting
effects.

Even produces shaking Ulam Spiral patterns!

To Get Ulam Spirals:
Double the PiDivisor = 10  and use half of that value for CoEffJ = 5

Also try these TSpinEdit settings for a Trippy Experience (I think you
will like it):
