A BIT Grid to Make Simple Grid Pictures.

Can Save and Load the 0's and 1's states to a simple text file.
Perform RLE compression of each row and save to file.


Somehow I could not get the Form to resize by dragging the bottom
corner.

Also a bit sluggish when changing dimensions, using the TSpinEdits.

On Windows 11, I noticed that there was no colour change of the TLabel
when clicked.
On Windows 10, there is a colour change when any label array elements
are clicked.

Wondered if anyone else had that problem ?
I read on Stackoverflow of a similar problem where the label is not
changing colour:

Copying the compiled version onto the other computer worked so it 
looks like something is not installed on the Windows11 computer at
compile time.
