Finally got the speed improvement happening with BgraBmp and
threading.

Now how to zoom in to smaller region of interest?

Was wanting to find out how to do an infinite fractal Zoom, something
like Zooming in on a region of interest like in a Mandelbrot Curve.
The Burning Ship Fractal has smaller versions of burning ships which I
would like to Zoom into. The Zoom-Range TSpinedit sort of does it.
Perhaps I will investigate how it is done for a Mandelbrot Curve, as
Paul Bourke says "The points shown in black in the center of the form
don't ever diverge to infinity, they either oscillate or converge to a
singe value. The points shown in light grey diverge very quickly. This
is exactly the same technique used to create the Mandelbrot image."
