(solved)Indy-TIdHttpServer memory leak on empty app, normal?

Hello,
when I put TIdHttpServer component on empty application and enable
"use heaptrace unit ..." then heaptrace shows unfreed  memory blocks.
Is it normal?
Server not activated and application does nothing, look at the
screenshot.

Edit:
Version 10.6.2.3662 from OPM.
