Sypnapse in Aarch64 (Jetson Nano) Fails to compile lazarus / 38-Networking and Web Programming ---------------------------------------------------------------------- BlueIcaro · 2021-02-12 11:08 Hello, I installed Sypnase (using OPM) in a jetson Nano (Ubuntu 18.04 on Aarch64 cpu). I got this error: Quote:jedi.inc(612,11) Error: Illegal assembler style specified "INTEL" The lines is this Code: [Select]{ Set FreePascal to Delphi mode } {$IFDEF FPC}   {$MODE DELPHI}   {$ASMMODE Intel}   {$UNDEF BORLAND}   {$DEFINE CPUASM}    // FPC defines CPU32, CPU64 and Unix automatically {$ENDIF}    Of Course If I remove   {$ASMMODE Intel} I can compile it. As I read this define it's only for Intel cpu. So will not have any issue if I remove it? How can I put a condicional to avoid remove this line? /BlueIcaro ---------------------------------------------------------------------- PascalDragon · 2021-02-12 14:28 The following sets the assembler mode only for the i386 and x86_64 targets (where this is relevant): Code: Pascal  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i {$if defined(CPUI386) or defined(CPUX86_64)}  {$asmmode intel}{$endif} Maybe you should put the {$DEFINE CPUASM} in there as well (don't know if Synapse provides assembly code for any of the other platforms).
