Create a server socket wirh synapse

Hi all
In my application I have to receve a HTTP Post from another IP.
The server works because if I sniff the network traffic I see the data
but now i don't know witch see the data from my application. I tryed
to capture the payload in a string, but this is not correct. Which is
the best solution for parse the raw data?
