Websocket implementation.

Looks like full support for RFC 6455.

Cool, one suggestion would be to put the dependency (ararat synapse)
as a git submodule so when people clone, they won't have to search for
it. There are a few svn clones on github which you could use.

I'm trying to make a chat app, do you think this is suitable ?
