{Synapse40, TBlockSocket, FPC (x32), windows (7) }

Somebody know the most easiest mode/way to send a file?

Are you really using a TBlockSocket instance? Don't do that. That is
the base class and implements no protocol; it's kind of like trying to
use directly a  TComponent instance.

Instead, use one of: TICMPBlockSocket, TRAWBlockSocket,
TTCPBlockSocket or TUDPBlockSocket, depending on your needs.

With any of those, open the file in a stream and use SendStream() or
SendStreamRaw().
