One current "best" way is to use pas2js together with the back-end
tooling from fcl-net and fcl-web and other packages from the standard
distribution.
Best effect is fpc 3.2.0 or higher. Pas2js is great for both
serverside and client side scripting.
Furthermore, Lazarus has built-in support for it. (and there is even
