Synapse FTPS upload file not work lazarus / 38-Networking and Web Programming ---------------------------------------------------------------------- lz57005 · 2019-10-03 06:21 There is an FTP server on MS IIS, standard FTP (21) and FTPS (990) with TLSv1 auth are configured. I needed a simple FTPS file upload function. When I use Synapse ftpsend on FTP (21) everything works fine, but when I add ftp.AutoTLS or ftp.FullSSL and change the port to 990, everything works (authorization, changing directories, list, etc.), except for downloading and uploading files. It seems that Synapse doesn't support TLS session resumption when using FTP with AUTH TLS. What it means is that after issuing latest PASV, it opens a data channel and encrypts it. But unfortunately it encrypts the data channel in a different session. Is there any way to fix this? Or, please share an example of downloading a file via FTPS using other libraries like indie, INet. My knowledge in freepascal is not very strong, so the synapse seemed easier to me, but I can not solve my problem. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Thaddy · 2019-10-03 06:29 Do you mean SFTP? If so, I will add an example later.. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- lz57005 · 2019-10-03 06:33 Quote from: Thaddy on October 03, 2019, 08:29:44 amDo you mean SFTP? I mean FTPS (File Transfer Protocol + SSL, FTP/SSL), not SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- snorkel · 2019-10-16 21:00 It's because your using the wrong FTPS you want explicit port 990 is implicit.
