CEF (DOM) not firing / Flash not working

Hi everyone

I'm fighting since days to make CEF3 work, but I can't access the DOM.
I researched hours in online docs, but couldn't reach anything. Please
be so kind to take a look at my code and advice me where I can find
the problem.

Mainly I have a Chromium on my form and want to check the dom on each
update or by timer (tried both).

Additionaly I ask for some advice to add flash to chromium. I
installed Pepperflash and put the 2 files into the executable dir, but
nothing shows up.
