MouseAndKeyInput / Internet Tools, locating fields on web form lazarus / 38-Networking and Web Programming ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CyberFilth · 2017-12-01 13:47 I have a small application that stores login details for various websites and I'd like to add the ability for it to autofill the username and password field on a sites login page and click submit. I've been looking at submitting the login details programmatically but it just occured to me that using MouseAndKeyInput to type in the fields would give the user more visual feedback of what was going on. So, the process I'm thinking of is; . Open a URL in the default browser . Download a list of all input fields on that page using Simple Internet . Identify the USERNAME and PASSWORD fields . Highlight those fields and enter the login details using MouseAndKeyInput . Click the Submit button But how do I find the input fields (or their screen coordinates) on the web page? I mean their physical location to allow me to enter the details. Ideally I'm looking for a cross-platform solution. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CyberFilth · 2017-12-01 15:59 ...although it's just occurred to me that simulating ALT+TAB being pressed will be enough to give the browser window focus. There's no need to find the specific fields.
