About reading a source of webpage

Hi everyone,

I found that Internet Tools (a package) have a function call
"retrieve" which could load a web page.

I can do the same with almost web page, but I got a problem with this
one: https://m.vdict.com

I can go to this web by browser but when I tried to load it with
"retrieve" function, I got 403 error. So, what is problem? Can anyone
help me please? Thank a lot.
