How to make ExtPascal projects compiling with Lazarus 1.6 ?

It's an abandoned project, so you're on your own to fix the
compatibility problem with latest fpc/lazarus.

I will try to make ExtPascal compiling on Lazarus 1.6.
I think there is a command that lacks.
I'll have te learn how Lazarus compiles and what has changed from FPC
2.6 to FPC 3. There nothing into the output binaries directory.
