Strange error while trying to FTPSend

Hello,
I'm trying to put some files on ftp server. At first it was partially
working- correctly logging and making dir's, but still unable to
upload anything. Now, it has stopped compiling, returning errors:

I've used another virtual machine, problem seems to be another time
partially gone.
Now I am able to receive an info about StoreFile result. It always
fails if the file is not in my current project's dir. In other words-
it's unable to send file from another path.

Remote dir is just '/'.

I've changed my project, to send 'local' files. Problem is that
they're appearing at ftp server, but empty.

I have finally managed to send files by replacing  StoreFile with
AppendFile .
I haven't figured out why that error was occuring, why StoreFile
doesn't work as it should and why I still cannot send file from any
other path than program's.
Maybe it will help sb one day.
