CEF3 in Lazarus 1.6

It seems that the UTF8 strings break this. Is there a version that
works with Lazarus 1.6?

Edit: I know about the project options setting, is there also a
compiler directive?

fpCEF3 is completely incompatible with fpc 3 and Lazarus 1.6. It
crashes in the CreateWindow of the browser process (inside the dll). I
have been unable to fix it. Reverting all strings to AnsiString is not
the solution.

Reverting to Lazarus 1.4 did the trick.
