Request.ContentFields not working in CGIApplication

In the latest versions of FPC stopped working CGIApplication.
Request.ContentFields for POST requests do not contain variables
passed from the web page. Previously worked fine.
my code:

procedure TmbMain.LogoutRequest(Sender: TObject; ARequest: TRequest;
  AResponse: TResponse; var Handled: Boolean);
begin
....
  UserName := Trim(ARequest.ContentFields.Values['USER_NAME']);
  UserPass := Trim(ARequest.ContentFields.Values['USER_PASS']);
...
