How do I read the IP info of the pc I'm using ?
I want to create a simple app to display the current IP assigned by
the internet provider.

Sorry if this is too nooby but I can't find it by searching.

Well most PCs today do not know the internet IP at best you can get
the gateway or proxy IP usually only the router knows the internet IP.
The easy way out is to ask an http service like
http://www.whatismyip.com/ and parse the answer and show the
information you want to.

Hint: if you search the wiki and forum with the keywords taazz
provided in his post, you'll find some ready made code (e.g. in the
synapse article on the wiki, IIRC)
