Hi,

I wrote new unit for IPv4 and IPv6 operations. It may be useful to
you.

Features:
* easy to use
* validation of IPv4 and IPv6
* IPv4 formatting
  * IP address (192.168.1.1)
  * Double Word (3232235777)
  * HEX (C0.A8.01.01)
  * BIN (11000000.10101000.00000001.00000001)
* IPv6 formatting
  * extended (0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001)
  * alternative (0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1)
  * compressed (::1)
* convert IPv4 to IPv6
* operations: and, or, xor, not for IPv4 and IPv6
* comparing addresses: <, <=, =, =>, >
* no regex, all native
