LNet on Raspberry

hello
since days i trie to get a tcp-server with lnet running on the raspi
without success.
i tried it with lazarus 1.1 and fpc 2.6.0.
direct after start i get the message : exception error: SIGILL ......
but the server ist running under ubuntu an XP!

so, has anybody a program with the lnet-components running on raspi?

It seems it's just a debugger issue, AFAIK it works without a debugger
attached
