Laz-n-tier: How to compare password?

I'm want to compare password between user-password in table and user-
password in ZeosDataServer1UserLogonCall(UserName, Password:
AnsiNetProcString) but Password: AnsiNetProcString is encode by
StrMD5(UsrName + UsrPsw + FormatDateTime('yyyyMMdd', Now)).

I'm can decode only UsrPsw ?
