HTTP Server Application example?

Does anyone have an example of a "HTTP Server Application" they can
share?

How do I get data back from the web page?
 - which menu button was clicked?
 - what value was entered into an entry field?

I have small one running but it is not useful.

When I create a HTTP Server Application, why am I permitted to place a
tMainMenu onto the main form?  Where would that menu show up?

the code only differs in the lpr. Everything else is the same.
