UDP in Synapse. How to set Local Port?

How I can set specified local port for UDP client. By default random
port is used.

Isn't that how UDP should work, using random port? Only server is ever
needed to have a specific port.

Then how I can receive server response if server send it to random
client port?

You receive the server reply on the same socket as the one used to
send. Sockets are bi-directional.
