Who tells me step by step how to properly install ExtPascal in
Lazarus?! I need to install FastCGI necessarily?! Thanks
Also can you tell me if the project is supported ExtPascal well and if
there is a long term support?!

Better ask in their group, ExtPascal is well maintained AFAIK. Their
google code wiki page has introduction article for getting started.

There is something easier to use ExtPascal with Lazarus?!
