HI,
I'm trying to install the broke framework from the online package
manager. Unfortunately when the IDE rebuild
I receive a error message saying that the brookelogger.ppu exists
twice. If I Ignore the message it break the installation.

What should I do?

The error message(s) are telling you exactly what you need to know. Do
not ignore them.

You have 2 copies of the packages on your system. The paths are in the
error messages. One from a previous manual installation, and the other
from the failed OPM installation. Remove both directories, and
reinstall from the OPM version.
