lazarus include version  info in exe bug?

lazarus include version info in executable, if version item string
have none english char,  window will not show it.
i found it because none english string length calc is bytes not words,
so windows think this string is not right.

I did a quick test and it works fine at my side. Please take a look at
the attached picture. Or did you meant something else?

But there is another problem I found few days ago. If I check the
Special Build item, the appropriate option is aded to the version info
value list editor in Lazarus. But this item will not appear in the
application properties window — see attachment. Bug? Limitation? Other
reason?
