wsFullScreen changes desktop in Elementary OS Hera

hi i would like to set form to the whole screen including system task
bar.. wsFullScreen does exactly what i need but it changes desktop
which is undesired effect. wsMaximazed does not hide taskbar. i do
prefer wsFullScreen but can i arrange somehow that it doesn't change
desktop ? i have no additional monitors plugged to laptop.

if i use showModal to invoke the form wsFullScreen seems to be ignored
and form acts like it has window state = wsMaximazed

Also tried in Manjaro. application acts same.

Im bit new to lazarus, specialy on linux...but strangely there is no
difference between sizing to  Screen.DesktopRect or 
Screen.WorkAreaRect.
