OnDragDrop event dont'fire!

Hello on my Ubuntu 14.04 LTS the event OnDragDrop don't work. I drag
one timage on an tpanel and when I release the mouse button nothing
happen. The image are still in drag mode and i must press esc key to
abort dragdrop.

Any suggestion?

When dragMode = dmManual, you have to perform some test on the
dragObject and then set accordingly the var "Accept", in onDragOver.
Then DragDrop will be fired.
