ActionList shortcuts

Is anyone else having problems with shortcuts in ActionList on Linux
OS?
I tried something like: Ctrl+F9 but without success.
XUbuntu 32 bit. Lazarus 1.2 32 bit.

Check the global hot keys set in the system. Applications can't
override that AFAIK, but you as a user can modify it. Ctrl+F9 also
maps to something in my KDE, therefore I can't use it for compiling.
