just wondering how i would use lazarus in this system, and also, using

Since it's based on Arch, you can use AUR which contains lazarus
packages. or simply build from source. I use Manjaro as my secondary
system, and I quite seldom touch it, so I don't really know the system
well enough.

Why not just use Arch Linux?  They always have the latest stable
packages for Lazarus within a few days of release.
