ListBox and Multiselect

A little help.
I want to use a ListBox with Multiselect in Lazarus (v.1) / Linux
Ubuntu (v.11).
And you need to press the Ctrl + Click to select multiple lines.
In Delphi and Lazarus (under Windows) just press the mouse click.
How could I do to NOT press CTRL-Click?
