Help needed setting up LAMW...

Background
- Starting with Lazarus 4.0
- Installed Android Studio and installed parts needed (ndk, command
line tools, etc.)
- Using fpcupdeluxe to install LAM4 and then cross compiler
- At end of cross compiler addition ...

I have messed something up?!? Any clues to get past that error
message. Any assistance greatly appreciated!

fixed that error by using the rescan function. But now when I create a
project
