MDI application support.

Hello.
I wonder if there is a complete support for the MDI application type
from in Lazarus/Fpc, I read in the wiki that only Qt is full
functional.
So I'm asking if there is some works about full support for the Win32
MDI.

It mostly works here in windows but you need to be using a recent
release of Lazarus, not like do, I still use the model T version but I
do have newer installs elsewhere, or here and there, especially then
truck.

I'll try to install version from trunk, or 3RC2 and see.
