lazimageeditor does not compile.
Lazarus 3.99 (rev main_3_99-894-g46d79350b0) FPC 3.3.1 x86_64-linux-
gtk2
and
Lazarus 2.2.6 (rev lazarus_2_2_6) FPC 3.2.2 x86_64-linux-gtk2

picturemanager.pas(226,3) Error: Identifier not found "PageClass"

I have the programm code from https://sourceforge.net/p/lazarus-
ccr/svn/HEAD/tree/applications/lazimageeditor
LazRGBGrafics and ColorPalette was installed via Online-
Package.Manager

Just delete the line - PageClass is nowhere called. Probably a left-
over from an early version.

Just committed a fixed version (Fixed also LCLScaling and incorrect
assignment of hints to drawing tools).
