Difficulty using database desktop

I want to design a data dictionary using Laz Data Desktop. I am using
Laz 2.0.10 on Win 10 laptop.
I have compiled Data Desktop, attached it to the Tools|Database
Desktop menu item, and created a new dictionary, added 2 tables with a
few fields each. I have saved this.
The problem is, when I open the dictionary to continue adding and
editing, I don't see the dictionary structure, only its name, with
details of the file it is stored in. I have tried all the controls I
can find, to no avail. I can still add more tables and fields, but I
can't open the ones I have already added. I have looked at the saved
file, and it has all my information in it correctly. The Data Desktop
is tho one that came with my install of 2.0.10. I notice that Data
Desktop does not have version info shown. I also notice that the
source shows 3 tabs on the PageControl, but only one tab is visible
when I use it.
